Corporate Governance in Europe
Our founder, Prof. Dr. Dominique Delporte–Vermeiren, had the honour of participating at the recent Webinar and Digital Dialogue organized by INSEAD Corporate Governance Center (ICGC) in collaboration with EY. The discussion focused on the findings of EY’s Europe Long – Term Value and Corporate Governance Survey 2023.
The study revealed how effective governance can be instrumental for unlocking sustainability as a business driver. It highlighted the pivotal role of board directors in the careful balancing of short- and long-term priorities in sustainability initiatives, by integration into the strategy and by alignment of the remuneration policy.
